I had so much fun with my last cooking video, I decided to make this one.
Also wanted to cheat Starbucks out of their exclusive hold on the U.S. chai tea market by sharing the secret of how authentic chai tea is made, taught me by authentic South Indians (Kerala and Tamil Nadu) and Pakistanis (Urdu-speakers).
